Had a phone interview then a superday. In general, be prepared to discuss anything from your background in depth pertaining to economics. If you have a research project, be prepared to get grilled on it.
For the interview, the questions were a mix of behavioral and random 'consulting' types of questions with a case/situation to test the way you think.

Two rounds of interviews:
First round was at the school with one person
Second round was at their office with a number of different people of varying importance in the company.
Most of the questions were more behavioral than technical with only two or three being technical. I was given a small case study that I needed to answer without any time to think about it, although I could ask questions.

First Round: Two separate 30 min phone interviews with VPs in the IP practice. Casual format. They just asked me to describe my background and walk them through my resume. Time at the end for my questions.
Second Round: Office visit with dinner the night before with two associates. I had 2 behavioral interviews, a case interview, and a writing sample, plus lunch with two analysts. The case was pretty informal. We just talked through how I would value damages in a patent infringement case.
Advice: Fit is probably the most important part of the interview. They're looking for smart people who are incredibly self motivated. Case staffing is done by VPs, so you'll have to network your way onto cases. They want to see that you'll be able to do that. Also, emphasize any coursework or experience you have in valuation (this was my weak point).

The company overall seems to be very very efficient and on top of its business stuff, i.e. they are very professional and timely. However, it took them 5 weeks to let me know whether I got an offer or not. Also, this was after I continuously followed up with them several times via email and phone, and on the eve of the expiration of another offer, they called me. I thought that not responding to emails and calling back at 6:30 pm is not professional.
Interview process: There was 1 on campus interview. It was technical and behavioral with questions about statistics, hypothesis testing and some economics. For the office interview, it was all about cultural fit. There were hardly any questions about technical knowledge, most of it was general 1:1 talk. If you wanna work for them, cultural fit is a huge factor, like 90%. They treat you well with an expensive lunch, but do not reimburse in a timely manner. I believe the timeframe for reimbursement is 4 weeks. Its been 5 since I sent in mine, and haven't got anything back yet. [Well, I know its cheap to expect reimbursements but hey.. when you give a bunch of interviews, the costs pile up]

First was a behavioral question with 2 analysts. questions were asked on personality/ work experience.
Second was a Skills test composed of multiple macro/micro-economics questions. not hard at all but you need to be quick.

The interview process consisted of two phone sessions, one with HR and one with a CS manager, and a day long onsite panel session. My experience echos what has been noted by others- a poorly structured, unprofessional approach with no conclusion. Do not waste your time and effort on CRD.

Met with different directors. Went over the resume to start. A few Questions about the resume. Finally told me what they do. A LSAT kind of test in the end. The recruiter said it was not important, only a company tradition. He suggested that I don't start from the first question, but rather, start with the second page, and guess if you could. Have to finish the whole thing within time limit.

First two analysts asked me questions about my resume: explain to me what you did here, what kind of research project did you do, what kind of functions do you know in Stata, etc.
Then they brought me to an associate who began asking me technical questions:
He asked me to find the equilibrium point on a supply and demand graph;
then he asked me a bunch of economics questions:
a labor supply shift;
a change in the elasticity of supply;
finding the deadweight loss;
what does a vertical axis in logarithm mean;
what is a CPI;
if x increases by blah % and prices increase by blah % then how much has the price of x increased;
And there were some others
Overall I thought it was pretty hard by the end, make sure your macro and micro are up to speed.

Applied through website, and 2 weeks later received a phone interview by group hiring. The call included an Associate (2nd year), and a Principal. They were pretty nice, asked me personality questions, then asked me to explain a regression in layman's terms. Then they asked for a writing sample and a copy of my transcript in email. They told they'd get back to me in a few weeks.
Three months later, the Principal contacted me again for an in person interview, which I thought was a bit bizarre. I set up a time to go in. Initially met with HR, and he had no information about me, and he was extremely confused about the position for which I interviewed which he thought was filled already. Interviewed with two economists first, who asked me about my skills and experience with SAS and Stata and why I wanted to work for them. Then interviewed with two VPs who basically talked the entire time. One mentioned they had finished with hiring, but may have needed extra help. Lunch with all the analysts. Then last interview with group I was interviewing for. Again, it was a personality assessment. They told me they'd contact me within a week.
3 weeks later they finally sent me an automated email telling me my application was no longer accepted. I'm guessing they were hiring based on a project or need. A month later, HR contacted me and told me they would not reimburse me for travel even though they had sent me travel reimbursement forms prior to the interview. I was pretty displeased to say the very least. It was a process that stretched out way too long, was extremely unorganized, and I felt there was no respect for the candidate's position. I had been interviewing with other companies in the area, and arranged my travel plans around those interviews too, and had I known they would not reimburse me, I could have had the other companies pay for my plane ticket instead of my train and bus tickets.

Phone interview was a behavioral/background type of interview with an Analyst. The in-person interview consisted of 3 case interviews and 1 additional behavioral/background interview with Senior Associates and Principals. I had to call HR myself several times before they informed me that they went ahead with another candidate.
