A Charles Shcwab recruiter contacted me on this position, which I applied for online. The position appealed to me because I had some previous experience in dealing with the type of work however I also have experience that was a bit more than what is needed for the position (both a positive and a negative).

Initial phone interview was straight forward and typical. I was explained that another person would contact me for further questions and to prepare for it. I was given the name and the contact information of the person to do a follow-up interview and was given a time and date. The appointment for the second call came and went. I followed up and was advised that the person who was suppose to have called had an unexpected appointment and that they had sent me an e-mail to reschedule. I replied that I did not receive the request. I later found out that the person sent the request to reschedule to someone else with the same name as me (what are the odds?) but I initiated the request to follow-up and reschedule. I never received a confirmation for the alternate date. I suppose that is their way of saying not interested.
