A very positive experience. I used the website to find the right position, then my network for a referral in HR. After a phone screen, I interviewed with a team including the hiring manager, two directors, and a VP. I followed up for 3 months and got the offer.
Interview Questions
All the questions were behavioral based and focused on managing a team.
Negotiation Details
I tried to negotiate the offer but they were firm. My advice to others is to move on if the money is not right. You will never make it up. For me, the money was okay. Overall a very positive professional experience that took a long time.
Other Details
I Applied Online and the interview consisted of a Phone Interview, a Group/Panel Interview and a Background Check.
