Interviewed Apr 2012 in Orlando, FL (took a day)
Recruiter emailed me on a Friday for a monday interview, a week or two after the job application. It was fairly stock list of questions and they expected stock answers. Anything varying from the norm in any way will get you discarded. Recruiter was based in Arizona and clearly had a set list of questions she was working from. Overall, very impersonal interview, but it was a really just a screening, so I guess that is to be expected.

Interviewed May 2012 in Maitland, FL (took 4+ weeks)
Applied on-line received email to take on-line personality test. Recruiter email to schedule a 15 min interview who asked very basic questions (i.e. are you still employed, what interest you about the job). Received another email for scheduled interview with HR Recruiter. The HR Recruiter asked similar questions and wanted to know if there were any dates that needed to be considered when they schedule training. Had 1:1 interview with 2 individuals the following week. The interview lasted 45 mins. Both took turns in asking behavioral type questions. One of the interviewers seemed very distant within 10 mins of the interview. Neither provided business cards and at the end only 1 person shook my hand.

Interviewed Sep 2010 in Orlando, FL (took 4+ weeks)
The hiring process was long due to the extreme care the company takes in finding the right fit. Although many steps involved in the process beginning with an online assessment and ending in a background check, they were quick to get back to you after each step of the process.

Panel Interview asked different questions Name a time where you had to make a judgment call that you thought was in the best interest of a customer, even though it may not have been looked highly upon, or something like that.”“What major change did management in a previous job make that you disagreed with and what was your response to it?”

Interviewed Feb 2010 in Orlando, FL (took 3 weeks)
I initially applied online with Schwab, heard back from them a few weeks later. Got a phone interview from recruiter, then a panel interview in the building with a few people in the room and a few people connected from another office.
They asked about previous experience, the standard "Describe a time when you had a client issue that was difficult and explain how it was resolved", along with "greatest strengths" "greatest weaknesses". They explained about the position in very specific terms. I seemed to get along with everyone, and the interview took about an hour.
No offer received however, even though the interview went pretty well.

Have interviewed a few times. Typically there is a phone interview from human resoures, which is easy. They if you get another type of interview it's always a panel interview. It is like no one can be trusted alone. Also they have to "calibrate" afterwords. Every time it was a panel of two or three people, typically a VP/Director and other managers. They ask you questions on their "Checklist" and while you respond they do not provide eye contact and frantically write. It's very disconcerting and unprofessional
