Charlotte Russe Holding Sales Associate Interview

Interview Details – I went into Charlotte Russe and asked the first woman I saw if they were hiring. She said yes and quickly grabbed an application and handed it to me. Once I was finished filling out the application the hiring manager and the store manager were both standing next to me and began asking me questions. They asked me to "sell my outfit" and why I wanted to work at Charlotte Russe. However, they were rather intimidating as they seemed almost too serious and thus I froze up and couldn't finish the interview confident enough. They said they would call me and let me know.

Reason for Declining – I was called 2 days later and they scheduled an interview for the following Monday. On Monday morning they called again to reschedule for Tuesday. Tuesday morning they rescheduled for Tuesday evening. Unprofessional.
