Phone Interview with Store Manager, went well and was asked to meet with the hiring manager later that week.
1:1 interview was casual (matched store environment), asked about previous experience, my personal strengths and weaknesses, availability and some situational questions. Conversation went well and interviewer was friendly and helpful.
