I applied online and the process took a day - interviewed at Charter Communications in April 2012.
Interview Details – After several attempts finally scheduled phone interview. Questions were somewhat in the expected category - "what are your three greatest skills", "describe one of your most challenging projects", etc. Phone interview felt like it went well, up to the point where salary/renumeration came up (no mention in original ad post.). Their potential offer was too low to consider, so that pretty much ended the call. Interviewer was pleasant,and able to share some perspective on where the position was intended to go.

Reason for Declining – Too low to consider - even if negotiated it would not be workable.
