I applied online and the process took 5 days - interviewed at Charter Communications in June 2012.
Interview Details – First is a phone interview where they asked about your current and past jobs they also asked how you would benifit the company what are your stengths and weaknesses. if you pass that you will be asked to come in for a face to face. while there you do an order entry test (easy) and a face to face with a supervisor she askes you to try and sell her something and talks to you about your past sales jobs and discribes what you will be doing there. Then the give you a walk through of the place. couple days later you will find out if they want to hire you. Then you come in for a drug screen and sign papers. Then there are 4 weeks of training if you do not pass you do not have a job.
