Sales Engineer Interview

Application Details

I interviewed through an employee referral. The process took 3 months - interviewed at Charter Communications in December 2012.

Interview Details

The interview went well, but the process through the human resources group and through upper management (for approval) moved very slowly. The hiring manager and Director were great, but new senior level management at the company have moved toward a micro-management style of leadership which dramatically increases decision making timelines. I was offered another position about the same time as this offer and accepted the other offer instead.
