I got a quick interview over the phone asking basic question about my experience in cash handling. The D.M. met me the following day at the location where Im currently employed and I was hired in a second.They do check your credit prior to even getting consider.
Negotiation Details
I need a job fast so I did not negotiate at all but now that I am in the company... Im sure you could negotiate but they do want to start you at the minimum wage despite your experience.

I applied In-Person and the interview consisted of a Phone Interview, a Presentation and a Background Check.

Easy interview, went in and lady just asked me basic questions. Didn't really have any hard questions, she was just feeling whether I would mesh with the other co-workers. Each store generally has around 3 people working, so you better get along with these people because they are going to become like family.

I had an interview with a store manager, then district training manager and district manager.
Negotiation Details
Pay was slightly negotiable depending on experience, they seem desperate because the job was offered right away and I have personally been around other interviews and they hire everyone practically. not based on experience but likability and first hand judges. hire lots of unprofessional people.

I got the interview through an Employee Referral and the interview consisted of a Phone Interview, a 1:1 Interview and a Background Check.

The person who interviewed me was never on time, made me meet with them 3 times then chose another candidate. 2 months later they called me and said they had another positio open. I met the person they chose instead of me and this person has no management skills, no organizational skills, no office skills whatsoever.

I wish. I was informed upon my first interview that the salary was 25,000 and 2 months later when I was called back I was told it was only 22,000. I pointed this out to the interviewer that they had first told me 25000 and their response was no, managers only make 21500 but I got approval to offer you 22000. They also told me they were "sure" they didn't say 25000. I told them well, I'm absolutely positive that is what I was told.
And with this I was only given the 22000

I went into the center, briefly spoke with the manager. I turned in my application the Very next day. I recieved a telephone call the same day I turned in my application to schedule an interview. I scheduled my interview for a tuesday. Interviews are best done Tue, wed or Thursday and not monday or a friday because mondays the managers get too busy after the weekend and fridays they get into a hurry to go home for the weekend. The interview was easy going and pleasant a one one one type of interview.

1st. you need to have a solid idea of what people are getting paid for the position you applied for.
2nd, you need to find out what kind of benefits the company offers which is another form of compensation to you.

I had an informal interview with the store manager first, then after they had reviewed the application, I was contacted by the district manager. I was interviewed at a different location, and once I accepted the offer, I began work the same day.

The interview process was very easy. It may have been b/c I was referred by another employee, but basically all it consisted of was filling out an application, then the interview was set a few days later with the regional manager at the specific location that I was applying for. I filled out a non-compete clause, and consented to having my credit checked. That was really it. I was hired on the spot and started work that same day.
