I applied through a recruiter and the process took 2 days - interviewed at Cheers Interactive in December 2013.
Interview Details – The interview rounds were quick and I was asked relevant questions. Got a prompt feedback from HR and was invited to join the organization the next day itself :)
Negotiation Details – It was good, my opinions were considered while negotiating the package.
I interviewed at Cheers Interactive in August 2013.
Interview Details – Interview procedure is not so good as it takes whole day, also most of the time the customer takes more then a week to give the joining date
I applied online and the process took 5 days - interviewed at Cheers Interactive in May 2013.
Interview Details –
I was contacted by the HR via monster.com , I went there and was impressed with the office and its location.
To start with I registered myself at their office where the ingeneral details were to be submitted and then after that a casual 5 min. HR round where i was asked to describe myself and my background.Next up , I was handled a couple of test sheets one was technical test and other was analytical test , I passed them. But if you dont pass the tests, straight away you are out.Last but not least was the technical interview conducted by a different official.
It was my first ever job interview where i was comfortable in every round to give my best.
I thank the HR team of Cheers Int. Ltd.

I applied online and the process took a day - interviewed at Cheers Interactive in July 2012.
Interview Details – I got the interview fixed through an online application. On the day of the interview at cheers i was first made to fill up a form about my personal details and achievements on the computer. It was probably for their database. Then i was given an aptitude question paper to solve and a blank page for writing a short essay by one of the HR. Nobody was there to look after the whole process and i was sitting alone at the desk. There was no cctv as well, i checked :P. I was told to inform at the reception once i am done writing the essay. As i finished writing the essay, i went to the reception, submitted the papers and waited for the HR to appear. She came, informed me that i did well in the aptitude and essay writing and then she took me to a meeting room for a personal interview. It went good too. I was asked questions like Tell me about yourself, what is your goal in life etc etc. I was then made to edit a few news articles on the computer, as i had applied for the information analyst post. Once i was done i was asked to wait at the reception again. In 20mins the result was out and i was selected. Then i was taken into another meeting room for a 1:1 interview with the department head. After that came the HR round where i had to negotiate and all. The negotiation did not go well and i ended up asking for some time.

Reason for Declining – The remuneration was less. Plus they wanted me to do night shifts!
I applied in-person and the process took a day - interviewed at Cheers Interactive in June 2012.
Interview Details –
The interview took off with an HR round followed by technical written test, again HR round, again technical skill test, and final interview with department head.
It took more than half a day, but it was worth as I got my offer and was asked to join from the very next day.
There wasn't work at the beginning but then the load can increase up to your capacity. You are expected to go out of the way and perform even for the jobs that are not in your profile.

Negotiation Details – Negotiation phase dint go well. I wasnt able to negotiate well and settled with a low package and a promise to get hiked within 3 months (only a dream). I wish I'd done better that time itself, as i wasn't offered any hike ever!
