Cheesecake Factory Server Interview

Interview Details – They'll ask you to take a "quiz" which is basically a personality test. Basically unless you're a moron or just a really unlikable person, you will pass. A manager will then come out and ask you questions similar to any other interview for a server position. They'll want to know expanded versions of three things, "Can you do the job?", "Do you want to do the job?", and "Can I tolerate you?". Answer these for yourself before hand and you'll get hired anywhere (not just The Cheescake Factory).

Negotiation Details – There isn't one. The first three weeks consist of training, buying stuff for the job and eating a ton of food that will make you gain weight. You will be poor - but then you'll start actually working and bank when a family of 5 comes in and has no idea about the portion sizes.
