Interview Details – Started with a room of 50 people all filling out an application, and people just kept coming and going. If you got called in you interviewed with several managers before interviewing with the general manager. Do what you would do for any interview, dress professionally and because this is a hospitality job, be friendly and big smile.

Negotiation Details – It was alright, they made it clear that they would rather hire under qualified people for less than hire me for more than they were offering. To be fair I was the highest paid host.
