Bonus Points: Know the history of the company and observe 'The Cheesecake Way" by visiting a restaurant and observing the personalities of the staff. If your personality isn't similar....first and foremost, you will not get the job. My job was a new position they were hiring for and I had interviewed with all immediate team members, all directors, all business users, VP of IT, CIO, Sr. VP (Russell Greene) and Donald Moore. It was a very strenuous interview process. Samples of your work always help. Humility and flexibility is key with this team.

No consideration for negotiation. Be prepared to accept what they offer, if it isn't good enough than you will need to make a decision. The culture is laid back, people are very close, lot's of perks and morale boosters.
