Senior Business Analyst Interview

Senior Business Analyst
Calabasas Hills, CA

I applied through a recruiter and the process took 2 months - interviewed at Cheesecake Factory in April 2011.

Interview Details – Bonus Points: Know the history of the company and observe 'The Cheesecake Way" by visiting a restaurant and observing the personalities of the staff. If your personality isn't similar....first and foremost, you will not get the job. My job was a new position they were hiring for and I had interviewed with all immediate team members, all directors, all business users, VP of IT, CIO, Sr. VP (Russell Greene) and Donald Moore. It was a very strenuous interview process. Samples of your work always help. Humility and flexibility is key with this team.

Interview Question – Why do you want to work for the Cheesecake Company?   View Answer

Negotiation Details – No consideration for negotiation. Be prepared to accept what they offer, if it isn't good enough than you will need to make a decision. The culture is laid back, people are very close, lot's of perks and morale boosters.
