I interviewed with a Senior Associate from the Washington D.C. office. He asked basic behavioral questions and some others about my achievements. I talked with him quite a bit about the company itself and about the internship process.

Interviewed with a partner. Talked about the company and my resume. Basic interview. They didnt seem all too interesting and it wasn't a company I would have liked to work for. Didn't get a good sense of their culture from a partner nonetheless and wasn't very impressed with the company. Must not have shown much interest bc I did not get an offer.

Interviewed Sep 2009 in McLean, VA (took 2 weeks)
I caught them at a very busy time so it appeared that they were a little bit more disorganized at first. They started with an initial phone interview which went very well. After the phone interview there was a call back where an in-person interview was scheduled. Between the phone interview and in-person interview there is a personality test to be completed. The in-person interview consists of meeting with the HR individual and 3 senior level employees.
One thing you do want to keep in mind is that they will informally ask employees at your old firm (whether they are your reference or not) for an informal review of your background.
