Accepted Offer – Interviewed in Evanston, IL Nov 2010 – Reviewed Apr 12, 2011
Interview Details – I heard about this job opening from a friend who knew the hiring manager and was quite intrigued by the overall business concept. I had a phone interview with the hiring manager and then met with him one on one for a lunch interview. Throughout the entire interview process I felt at ease with everyone I talked to and quite comfortable asking any questions that I had regarding the company and the position. I will say that any position in this company requires a certain skill set and personality in order to be successful. Chicago AMM really focuses on the details and high end customer service that is needed in an executive style medical office. Overall, I have been quite impressed with the professionalism demonstrated by all staff members and look forward to contributing to the future of Chicago AMM.

Negotiation Details – I was able to negotiate some based off my previous experience, but the initial offer was quite fair to begin with.
