Interviewed May 2010 in The Woodlands, TX (took a day)
As it was a campus interview for a staff level position, the interview focused more on general skills and personality than actual technical skills. It was a very relaxed interview meant to determine if your personality would be a good fit for the department more than anything else.

Interviewed Apr 2011 in The Woodlands, TX (took a day)
Brought in to speak with multiple managers in different departments. It was a very casual experience. Every one was really friendly. I told them about my experience and my interest. They told me about theirs and what to expect in the company. After the interview process I thanked everyone via email. I received an offer a week later. I went on 5 or so other interviews that month and CB&I was by far the best.

Interviewed Jun 2011 in Houston, TX (took 1 week)
I've hardly ever had an interview where it wa as if an autonomaton was the one doing it. No manners, no respect from the Dept. Head or the Human Resources person. I had heard this place was one of the worse places in the city of Houston, now I know why.
I didn't wait for them to make an offer, I called the recruiter the next day and read her the riot act...told her I would rather be unemployed than work for them.
Interview Questions
Reason for Declining
They were indicative of a sweat shop and I knew the Dept. Manager was lieing to me as well as the HR lady. They did not try and sell me on why I would love working there, it was as if they just did not care. I believe this attitude is pervasive.
Other Details
The interview consisted of a 1:1 Interview and a Skills Test.
