Interviewed Oct 2009 in Chicago, IL (took 2 weeks)
Interviewed first time through the university career center. 30 minute interview - first twenty were personality stuff and why trading. Last ten minutes were oral conceptual math questions, kind of on-the-spot quick thinking stuff. Was invited to HQ with two other candidates to tour and meet the education team (absolute top notch) and traders/risk managers. In the morning was a math and computing test and afternoon was four interviews with traders, risk manager, and HR.
Overall very well done. Strong company with great opportunities to learn to trade. They're looking for a blend of trader with some programming skills or interest.
