Interviewed Jul 2008 in Winston Salem, NC (took 2 days)
After playing four years of college baseball for the University of North Carolina Tarheels, and going to the college world series three consecutive years, I was recruited to play baseball for the St. Louis Grizzilies. After arriving in St. Louis, Buddy Bell, the player personnel of the Chicago White Sox called me two days after my arrival. Mr. Bell contacted the General Manager of the Grizzlies team and negotiated buying out my contract. Two days later I flew to Salt Lake City, Utah to meet up with the Great Falls Voyager. Once joining the team I have quickly moved from Rookie level to high A team level in three season. My credentials and work ethic is the reason for my winning success.
