Interviewed May 2011 in Greenville, NC (took 2 days)
Well, I came in and met with the assistant manager. She was super nice and made me feel comfortable.
The 2nd day I met with the Owner who was also super nice! It no longer has the same owner because the new one 7 months later didn't rehire me after the interview. But with the 1st one being laid back and bubbly would help. With the new guy I'm not sure what he wanted to hear from me, I thought the interview with perfect. It was in the mall so its not big and it can be a fun and easy place to work.

Interviewed Sep 2011 in North Myrtle Beach, SC (took a day)
Interviewed lasted around 45 minutes. I thought it went really well. My interviewer stated that he would contact me next week and I that I would probably have another interview with someone else. I never received a call.

Interviewed Sep 2011 in Aurora, CO (took 1 week)
I applied online at snagajob.com and received an email several weeks later asking for me to come in for an open interview. At the open interview (which had about 10-15 people), the assistant manager asked me to fill out a short questionnaire and then an in-store application. Once I turned those in, I sat for a few minutes until a manager took me back for a short interview to ask me about what was on the application. They called me within 24 hours and asked me to come back for a second interview. The second interview was with the manager and was essentially the same as the first. Forty-eight hours after that, they called me back in for a third interview with the owner and that was pretty much the same. The only different questions were about my piercings. Less than an hour after my third interview they called me back with an offer. As a warning, they seem to be pretty strict on visible piercings and tattoos, so if you're not willing to take them out or cover your tattoos, this probably isn't the best place to apply.

Interviewed Feb 2008 in Fairburn, GA (took 2 days)
They basically asked me whether or not I had any experience. Why I wanted to work for Chick-fil-a. If I was comfortable working in a slow, medium, or fast pace environment and why. They asked me where I could see myself in 5 or 10 years. They asked me my strengths and weaknesses. Also, they asked if I had reliable transportation.

Interviewed May 2008 in Athens, GA (took 3 days)
The process was fairly smooth and streamlined compared to other jobs I had been looking at interviews for. The company's communication with me was good before and after interview. I had one interview with a group panel discussing various aspects of the job and particular qualities. The people seemed nice but professional.

Interviewed May 2009 in Fredericksburg, VA (took 2 weeks)
It was my 1st interview. I walked in dressed in slacks and nice collered shirt. Told me to take a seat. He came I stood up shook his hand and started the interview. He started asking me questions about school. I am homeschooled so he started asking, "Do you like it?" i responded yes and then he said, " how do I know you like it?" and other difficult questions. Horrible interview! From then on i'm nervous for every interview!

Interviewed Apr 2007 (took 2 days)
There was an interview with the manager. She asked me my strengths and weaknesses as well as why I wanted to work there. More than anything, the store owner wanted someone with a nice disposition, a good smile, and nice attitude, and the willingness to work extra hard. If you're a fast worker and have the patience to work with the masses, then you can easily do this job. Chick-fil-a is known for its fast service and its "My pleasure" after every thank you, so if you can count money quickly and accurately as well as be sweet to the customers, then you will do well with this job.

I was offered $5.50 an hour (back when minimum wage was still $5.15) so I thought that was pretty good for a high school student and naturally excepted the offer.
