Interview Details – Over the phone and through email contact. It was super easy and the HR personnel is friendly and efficient.

Interview Details – None. Change-over from former contracting company so they showed up one Monday and offered us to stay employeed. I accepted. I was really disappointed that they didn't even remotely try to tell us how wonderful the company was or anything - just here's the benefits, break into individuals with HR for your personal offer, take it or leave it.
Negotiation Details – None. They had a take-it-or-leave-it offer.

Interview Details – I had a telephone interview with this company as the managers were in different locations within the U.S. Questions asked were pertinent to the job. Based on my communications with the managers and the recruiter, I would enjoy working with this company.
Interview Question – Please try to be as detailed as possible regarding the technical question, business case, etc. Answer Question
Reason for Declining – I declined because I required domestic partner benefits which the company does not offer. Overall, though, CNI has a decent benefits package.
