you'll get a phone screening arranged by your recruiter, if you pass phone screen, then you'll be invited for on-site, usually, you'll complete onsite interview in around 2-3 hours, you need to go through 2-3 group/panel interview before you meet manager.

Mainly 1:1 interviews with group seminar and Q&A. Brief session with practice administrator who seemed pleasant but very junior. Limited HR information was given. Tour of relevant clinical and inpatient facilities. 1:1 interviews were mild and non-aggressive but not that informative. Lunch with some residents/fellows was pretty informative. Credentialing was efficient and streamlined and all costs for licensing etc were covered. Overall relatively positive experience leading to me accepting offer despite surprisingly low salary but good benefits package.

Interviewed with 5-6 people including managers overall a span of 2 days. Prepare for the interview and know your stuff! Do research on the company and try to get as much information and don't forget to not only answer questions, but also ask thought -provoking questions to the recruiter and interviewers as well.

Taking throughout the department to meet many of the doctors and sat down w/ at least 5 people in separate situations. All were friendly and positive. I would suggest showing a sense of humor w/ the people you interview with. This does not mean that you level of professionalism need decline, but you'll be working with these people a lot and they want you to "fit."

at 9:00am meet with one data manager and one physician. They asked a few questions about my work experience and my programming skills. They tell me more about the position. Then I meet with the director. The director introduced the work enviornment and their hiring status. The director also asked about my programming skills.
