Interviewed Dec 2008 (took a day)
The interview was very short and to the point. It felt as if they already had their mind made up before the process began, as I had no experience. However, the manager was very nice and understanding of my lack of experience...he just suggested that I apply again after gaining experience elsewhere. Chili's is a very nice restaurant so I could understand why they would want to make sure they have only the best employees. While it is discouraging not to get an offer after an interview, it is still a good experience, especially when they offer you advice for how to get a job in the future.
