Interviewed Mar 2010 in Williston, VT (took 2 weeks)
I submitted my resume on monster and was contacted three days later by the area director. I Took a skills test (mathematics, charts, situational questions) and was contacted the next day by the area director who said i did very well. I met with the area director at store. He interviewed me and decided to have me shadow a gm in a store in another state. I was emailed the very same day and was offered the position.
