Initiate Contact - Welcome them to the store and ask them what project they're working on.
Make Assessment - Determine the scope of their project, what they will need, and any information they might require.
Provide Assistance - Walk them to the product, explain the differences and benefits, show them how they can get additional information (Eg. Lowe's website or YouTube channel), and let them try the product out.
Add On Sales - Sell them related items they'll need to finish their project or maintain it instead of them having to come back later or even go elsewhere.
Close the Sale - You can create an invoice or walk them to the register, offer loading or delivery, have them apply for a Lowe's credit card for everyday 5% off or 6-18 months no interest, or sell them an Extended Protection/Replacement Plan.
Thank the Customer - Make them happy they came and eager to continue their business, as they have many choices for shopping.
