Initial contact via phone with HR was brief and they asked a few basic questions about my resume. When that was completed the person told me briefly about the position and asked if I was interested in pursuing a 1:1 interview with HR and the hiring manager. At that inerview (lasted approximately 1 1/2 hours) the discussion was a combination of personality and situational. They would ask the "tell me about the time" that ie you had a difficult situation with someone who reported to you, one of your superiors, someone in another department. How would you handle and employee who has been here a long time and may not appreciate having a new person to work for. After the interview they said they would contact me but it might be a month or longer because they take their time and interview a lot of people. Approximately one month later I was called for a second interview. I was told it would be a panel interview with peers and higher level management. That was a very strange interview. The highest ranking individual excused themselves before it started saying they had an emergency. The remaining group lacked any sort of direction for the questions and there was one woman who spent a good deal of time with one-liner inside jokes. I left without a good feeling for the direction of the company
