Interviewed Dec 2011 in London, England (United Kingdom) (took 2 weeks)
They emphasized the need for someone that can handle repetitive tasks. Organization and a practical demeanor seem to be highly valued. They were very happy to hear that I have my own way of organizing myself and juggling multiple tasks.

Interviewed Nov 2011 (took 2 weeks)
The interview was fair - I didn't even choose the department I got, but HR directed me to an awesome department I would fit in. I unofficially started the process by attending an auction house site visit that I learned about from my college career center. I networked with HR there, and followed up continuously. I then submitted an app online and through my college's career services website. I got an email response a week later, and set an in-person interview scheduled within a few days after the email. Interview was about past experiences, academic experience, etc. anything that will help them assess if you'll be a good fit for the particular department.

Interviewed Jun 2011 in City of London, England (United Kingdom) (took 2 weeks)
Had a 1st interview with the Helpdesk manager which was just a "get to know you" type interview. Very friendly and easy to talk to.
Then had a phone interview with one of the IT team members who asked a few technical questions.
Went back in for a 2nd interview with the Application Support Manager and a member of the IT team. Was also fairly relaxed with a few technical questions but mostly competency based questions.
