Sat down with dept head and talked about the department in depth, and explaned what I could bring to the table. It was more chit chat than challenge

I got the interview through an Employee Referral and the interview consisted of a Phone Interview, a 1:1 Interview, a Drug Test and a Background Check.

I went to a recruiter in London and they organised a an interview. So i went there and i met with the secretaries at front desk they then directed me to two of the interviewers..Then they led me into a room and proceeded to ask me questions. these questions consisted of asking me of my relevant experience, skills interests and my plans for the future

An assistant to the manager saw me because the manager for the dept was not in. Clearly this assistant was more after generic knowledge to see if you would fit in with the small team. No IQ tests but simply interests, where you see yourself and what do you want out of this job etc..
