Got the interview through the career resources website at my school. Interview was scheduled for 1 hour but was actually one 30-minute interview with a senior HR rep as well as 30-minute interview with an Engineering recruiter. This first round interview was completely behavioral. Didn't make it the second round of interviews but apparently it is an on-site one.

Interviewed Dec 2009 in Phoenix, AZ (took a day)
1. Phone interview
2) Then I got invited to fly to Phoenix for an on-site interview
3) On-site interview. They showed me round the plant and explained the main processes. Face to face meeting with DER then with HR manager.
4) 4 weeks later I received a decline letter
5) They never payed for flight, hotel and car
Interview Questions
HR talked about private stuff.
Reason for Declining
Don't trust them! Salaries are low and they lie when promising to re-emburse for travel costs

I Applied Online and the interview consisted of a Phone Interview and a 1:1 Interview.
