I applied online and the process took 6 weeks - interviewed at Chrysler in November 2013.

Interview Details – I was interviewing for HR Intern at Chrysler. I applied online and was contacted about 4 weeks later by Career Office at my university. I was scheduled to interview 2 weeks later. The process was challenging but relatively predictable. I was asked to talk about myself and my favorite and least favorite classes. I talked a lot about my projects, seems that team work is really what they are looking for. There were also 3 behavioral questions that used STAR. Questions were about building trust in a team, I found this one hardest to answer. There was also a question about my most innovative idea. Also asked about challenges with a project and how I overcame it.. They also ask if you had any questions, and gave me some good insight on their company They were doing a lot of notes, but were very, very nice and seemed interested. I will hear if I'll get an offer in early December

Interview Question – Time when you had to build trust in your team and how you did it.   Answer Question

Negotiation Details – As an intern I wasn't really negotiating. I was happy with their offer.

I applied online and the process took 3 weeks - interviewed at Chrysler in October 2011.

Interview Details – Chrysler hires third party vendor to conduct phone interviews. However, it appeared that the person collecting the information did not capture everything I was trying to convey. After the interview ended, I felt very uneasy. The concepts I communicated are pretty difficult to understand for someone not familiar with the field.
