Interviewed Dec 2011 (took 4+ weeks)
A recruiter contacted me and set me up with a phone interview. The phone interview is conducted by a 3rd party company. I do not have confidence that the person interviewing me was able to properly record my answers and how they pertained to the position.
The recruiter was excited to find me for my Marketing and Project Management experience. I was surprised when I got the generic "Thanks but no thanks" email weeks later. Then I saw they reposted the position and changed the description to have much less to do with Marketing and more PM and IT focus. That explains it!

Interviewed Jan 2012 in Chicago, IL (took 5 months)
There was a multiple of phone interviews before speaking with the hiring manager. I was then flown to the worksite and completed a variety of other tests from different people, including a drug and background evaluation.

Interviewed Oct 2011 in Auburn Hills, MI (took 3 weeks)
Chrysler hires third party vendor to conduct phone interviews. However, it appeared that the person collecting the information did not capture everything I was trying to convey. After the interview ended, I felt very uneasy. The concepts I communicated are pretty difficult to understand for someone not familiar with the field.

Interviewed Oct 2011 (took a day)
I did a campus interview with 3 representatives from Chrysler. The interview itself was very relaxed, and the interviewers were very friendly. However, I never heard back from them (pretty unprofessional of them).

Interviewed Oct 2011 in Auburn Hills, MI (took 2 weeks)
Used 5 star interview process. Interviews went well and lasted about one hour. The rest of the process takes a while. Have patience, the hiring process takes a while. Be very detailed about what you what and make sure to ask a lot of questions to understand if you are a fit for the job. There is a physical and background check done by a third party source.

Interviewed Sep 2011 in Auburn Hills, MI (took a day)
I was contacted by a recruiter a week in advance to come in for an interview at their main Auburn Hills location. The process consisted of a panel interview by 2 individuals in a fairly relaxed and comfortable atmosphere. They asked pretty standard interview questions, specifically about my technical background and various aspects of my experience, such as projects I had worked on and which CAD packages I was familiar with. I was given a fairly detailed description of the position's responsibilities as well as day-to-day tasks. It lasted 40-45 minutes in total.
However, when I contacted the recruiter to follow up, he said the managers had not given him any feedback and I was not given a call back

Interviewed May 2011 (took 2 months)
Standard interview questions. Technical questions were based on your projects/work experience from resume.
But Interview process was not well structured. Had very bad experience following up after the interview. They won't make a firm decision of hiring until 45-60 days.

Interviewed Mar 2009 in Ann Arbor, MI (took 2 weeks)
Asked a combination of personal questions (interests outside of work), technical questions , and behavioral questions. Technical questions were very basic and straight-forward for a person in Finance. Behavioral were typical "Tell me about a time when you ..."
In my case, it became a difficult interview when the senior person on the panel seemed somehow dissatisfied with my answers. Would have helped if I gave clearer, shorter answers.
