I applied online and the process took a day - interviewed at Chrysler in September 2012.
Interview Details – Talked to some phone screener, who over and over kept asking questions that had been answered and information was already covered in my resume like education, certifications, etc. The person read off some minute long list of wants/needs for the job and then asks were there any qualifications mentioned that you don't meet? I was asked three times about education and certifications, specifically. I asked the person why they are asking me about all these things that had already been stated or the information was already on my resume. She stated they had to be verified. Whatever that means. They were verified once and why ask everything two times additionally??? I terminated the call and told her I was no longer interested so she could go back to building houses with toy blocks. Waste of time.
Interview Question – Being asked the same thing three times. It's like, do you want me to just pick another answer so you'll stop asking the same question or maybe you should get a pen and piece of paper and write down that I've told you so you'll stop asking something I've already given you the answer to.
