Application Details

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 6 months - interviewed at Chrysler in May 2011.

Interview Details

The hiring process is slow. When I applied it took about 3 months to hear back and get invited for an interview. The interview was behavioral based. I was asked to explain how I behaved in specific situations in the past. After the interview it took another 3 months to get an offer letter. Overall, the hiring process has a lot of room for improvement.
