The hiring process was very disorganized fromthe beginnng. It took months to finally meet with them. When I did, the VP acted like she did not want to be bothered to interview on a Friday. She had just relocated to NJ and was more interested in places to visit and hang out than interviewing. HR appeared nice but never called back to say they were not interested. The sad part was I emailed the HR manager twice to get and update and she never responded, just very rude and unprofessional.

I had a phone interview with the hiring manager to advance to the next stage of in person interviews. Communication from the Human Resources personnel (staffing managers) prior to the interviews was good. I met with 5 people for about 45 minutes each. Each interviewer read questions from a script as part of a new interviewing process. I felt well qualified for the position and had prepared extensiviely with research on the company and their products. I believe my interviews went well and I felt like I had demonstrated that I could do the job well.

1.Back to Back Interviews;continuously stressed that this is a very lean company with candidate having to bear all kinds of work with crazy hours for same pay.
2.No clear focus or career path shown to candidate;continuously stressed that this is an outfit where one has to wear multiple hats(read-overworked).

Well, The interviewer was very relaxed she looked at my resume and and aked my questions from my resume. Then the interviewer described the job and all the work it entails. For this position they want somebody who is very energetic, which was my downfall. However they also want somebody who knows basic wet chemistry techniques.

The recruiter gave me a call after I submitted my resume about 1 month later. The interview was scheduled 3days after the first call. two people were on the line talking with me. One was hiring manager, another not sure who he was. Maybe just a future peer worker. Questions asked were basic

After submitting my resume via a recruiter it took weeks to receive any response. But once I did they conducted a phone interview, flew me to Princeton for 6 face-to-face interviews, and provided a final verdict within a couple of weeks. I was generally impressed by the quality of the people I met.
