Interviewed Feb 2010 (took 4 weeks)
Had a phone interview which consisted of rapid fire "give me an example when..." type questions. HR told me you only get 15 days of leave to start, which is much lower than most companies I interviewed with. I was told they'd get back to me in a couple days. However, it took 2 weeks. After that I had two 1:1 in person interviews. Great location. I'm not sure about other depts, but the accounting group was working lots of OT and I was told I'd have to work one Sunday each quarter (and not able to work from home). Overall bad experience. Not that I would have take that job (I couldn't get out of there fast enough), but HR told me they would get back to me either way the next day yet I never heard back.

Interviewed Nov 2008 in Kanata, ON (Canada) (took a day)
Interview consisted of a one on one with a senior manager. The interview was fairly relaxed, the interviewer just ran through my resume and asked me about my previous work experience and describe what I did there. No technical questions were asked, just running through my resume.

Interviewed Sep 2009 in Ottawa, ON (Canada) (took 1 week)
I got a call from the HR Recruiter from Ciena asking me to come for an interview after 2 days.
I was interviewed by the manager and a software engineer. All the questions during the interview were asked by the software engineer and I answered them correctly. Actually I started dominating the software engineer and I believe that is why he didn;t recommend me for the position. The manager just sat there and listened while I did most of the talking.

Interviewed Jul 2008 in Linthicum Heights, MD (took a day)
I was contacted by a recruiter about the job opening. The recruiter collected my CV and cover letter. Did not hear anything back for a couple weeks. Then, I was called back by the recruiter who indicated the company wanted me to come for an in-person interview. The interview day consisted of a series of 1-on-1 and 1-on-2. Interviews consisted of mostly work-history related questions and many opportunities to find out about what the job requires. There were no behavioral questions. The process was very low stress. I should add that it was for a rather small group within the organization.

Negotiation Details
I did this through the negotiator. They met my initial target salary that I stated to the recruiter. I was able to stretch my starting date a week out (I had wanted to push out it 2 weeks more) and that was the extent of my negotiation.
Other Details
I got the interview through a Recruiter and the interview consisted of a 1:1 Interview.
