I applied online and the process took a day - interviewed at Cigna in June 2010.
Interview Details – Phone interview that was very heavy on behaivoral questions. A lot of scenario based questions with multiple parts to each. The interviewer was very formal. The position as described by the interviewer was not well matched to what was in the job posting.
