Application

I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 5 daysinterviewed at Cigna (Phoenix, AZ) in March 2012.

Interview

I went through one screening interview from a staffing agency then an interview over the phone to test my technical knowledge then received the offer, very fast and efficient.

Interview Questions

  • They were tech related, had to do with BGP protocols, and specifics about hardware, I imagine the questions change on the engineer who tests your knowledge.   Answer Question

Negotiation

It was very fast, they preferred to do everything over the phone and didn't allow for any wiggle room in terms of requesting more money or benefits.
