The interviewing process focused mainly on behavioral questions (Example, "Can you provide an example of when you demonstrated leadership skills?") and questions on how familiar you are with the company. There was only one face to face interview. The offer was extended a week later. The work place climate seemed organized, serious, and under a great deal of pressure. The people I interviewed with seemed capable, but could not describe in detail what exactly my responsibilities would be.
