Interviewed Oct 2011 in Schaumburg, IL (took a day)
Had a face to face interview with a Skill test before. I went an completed the written test and plant manager did not have time to show me around nor talk to me regarding the position. It felt like it was a waste of his time. There was never a call from the plant manager regarding the position or the test.

Interviewed Jan 2009 in Chicago, IL (took 3 months)
It was mainly behavioral questions. Describe a time when you did this, did that, etc. They are looking for people to adhere to the STAR format. One of their recruiters at corporate found my resume and called me. I think we did a phone interview on the spot, though we might have set it up for another time. It was a pretty thorough phone interview, possibly the longest leg of the journey. That recuiter then passed me on to an HR Director who only asked me about my career amibitions before concluding the interview. I then got passed on to a Regional VP who tried to get me to fly to the interview with him and a GM at my own expense. I called the recruiter back to let her know it would be most appropriate for Cintas to fly me to my interview. After that I received a plane ticket from Cintas. I spent about half a day interviewing with a GM and the VP, including lunch. The following week when I was back home I had to go to a local Cintas operation and shadow one of their drivers one day and one of their Service Managers another day. Some time after that I got a job offer.

Negotiation Details
The offer was very disappointing and nothing was negotiable. The salary was low and it was take it or leave it. They gestured with a floor on my bonus for the first two quarters but as it turned out my bonuses were better than the floor, making it worthless. I presumed they knew that was likely.
Other Details
I got the interview through a Recruiter and the interview consisted of a Phone Interview, a 1:1 Interview, a Drug Test and a Background Check.

Interviewed Nov 2008 in Romeoville, IL (took 1 week)
When you pass the initial phone interview, you are brought into the location you applied to. You will then interview the HR again, as well as the General Manager of the location. After that, other manager will tag team interview you. In total I interviewed with 7 different managers in one day. The questions are basic but they expect detailed answers.
