Interview Details –
30-minute phone interview. Behavioral questions regarding stressful scenarios, dealing with managerial decisions and capabilities to fulfill the managerial program.
The recruiter was upset and sometimes sounded disrespectful. HR representatives are first brand encounters for candidates and potential employees.
If this is the way Cintas' recruiters behave during an interview ... just RUN!
