I applied through other source and the process took a day - interviewed at Cirrius in September 2013.

Interview Details – 1] Walk-in
2] Detailed one-to-one interview
3] Aptitude test
4] Product/Service description documentation
5] Final Interview with CEO and first interviewer


► First interview: Interviewer tries to understand your interests, skills, goals, etc
► Aptitude test: You get 30-minutes to solve 20-something questions. There are a variety of questions - mathematical, logical reasoning, language, etc.
► Documentation: You have to prepare a document, which is like a sales pitch. The document can be about any product/service. It should encourage the client to purchase a product/service.
► Final interview: With a senior person

The entire process took about 4 hours, including a 30-minute break for lunch.

Interview Question – How to build a relationship with the client?   Answer Question

Reason for Declining – Being a postgraduate, I found the salary extremely insulting. They were offering only Rs. 15000 per month. Apparently, they offer this figure to all freshers. I don't know about experienced folks.

I applied online and the process took 6 days - interviewed at Cirrius in November 2012.

Interview Details – It was a Walk-in. Around 40+ people had appeared. First they take a interview which is very small. All they want to check whether your interests match with the job profile or not. If u clear that there is a aptitude test which consists of 28 questions to be completed in 30 mins. 24 questions are very easy, last 4 questions are on a tougher side but one can get it done. If u clear the apti there is a documentation test. They ask you to write a letter or prepare a document which is more like a sales document, brochure, product detail, etc. The final interview is taken by the Founder CEO himself . He is a good person to interact with and if u can keep your nerves infront of him than the job is yours.

Interview Question – If a client calls on a friday evening and he needs something very urgent and you can only provide him his requirements on monday than how would you handle that /   Answer Question

Negotiation Details – They have fixed slabs for freshers, hence the room of negotiation is very narrow unless you have exceptional skills.
