I applied online and the process took a day - interviewed at Cisco Systems in April 2009.

Interview Details – applied online and got a call from HR. Phone screen included questions on my resume, asked to explain what i did in a project and asked questions about them.
-diff b/w latch and flip flop
- pass gate
- gated clock, its advantages
- setup/hold times, how to avoid them

Interview Details – Got the interview when they are on campus visit. asked several computer hardware design questions such as how to change a clock signal to half the frequency and 50% duty cycle and a few C questions such as what is a friend class. what the key word volatile keyword means in C. overall easy interview.
