Interviewed Feb 2010 in Richardson, TX (took a day)
I was interviewed on campus once and then given an offer about a month later. Surprisingly there were very little technical questions. Much of the interview was behavioral like "tell me your strengths and weaknesses" etc... My interviewer did ask me about specifics on the projects I listed on my resume.

Interviewed Oct 2010 in Richardson, TX (took a day)
Very technical phone interview. I was asked about every technology listed on my resume. Others have stated that their interview was very basic. This is fair, as not everyone has the same level of knowledge going into an internship. I was actually interviewed by the RTP site as well. That interview was entirely HR questions.

Interviewed Apr 2010 in Dallas, TX (took 4+ weeks)
First there was a phone interview, which was pretty standard. Questions included:
Why are you interested in Cisco?
What is the CEO's name?
What makes you a good fit for the ASR program?
An interesting aspect of the phone interview was being told to "pitch" the interviewer on something/anything that you're passionate about. This was around March Madness so I chose the college basketball tournament fever. Made it to the next round.
The in-person interview process was the most intense I've experience. Create a powerpoint presentation for a ten minute presentation to a group of up to 5 people. Pitch a panel of 3 people on using a product of theirs. Then interview with 3 people who ask you the personal/behavioral questions (If you could have any superpower, what would it be?).
They responded via e-mail 2 weeks later (literally the last day that they said they might respond).

The interview took place in a hotel conference room. We were then given a tour that they give to prospective corporate relations. We were never given an opportunity to see the offices themselves.

Interviewed Jan 2009 in Richardson, TX (took 4 months)
Definitely know the OSI model and the basics of networking. Minimum expectation is to have at least CCNA level experience. Then also be prepared to talk about your experiences in working with customers, kind of like a high tech call center. People/Soft skills are as important as technical skills, though few managers value that.
EXPECT the STAR interview technique, like tell me about a time.
Be prepared to answer any and everything on your resume. I interviewed for a technical position but my CV stated I took an Accounting and Market course in Grad Schol. I was asked to tell the Porter's five forces.
Bottom line, be prepared to defen your resume in it's entirety.

Interviewed Jun 2010 in Plano, TX (took a day)
I was suprised to find out there was no initial phone interview and had to travel to Plano for a face-to-face interview on a Saturday. Company policy is not to reimburse interview expenses which was a pain considering I had to travel and stay overnight.
Once I got there for the interview, I found myself sitting in the break room with several other candidates for differing positions and no matter how much I tried, I felt like a 'number' rather than a potential employee.
I interviewed with with 2 practice managers and was fairly standard except there was no sales pitch of the company or questions asking about my aspirations or why I was interested in Infosys. Unfortunately this only increased the feeling of being a number and not a potential employee.
