I interviewed through a recruiter. The process took 4 months - interviewed at Cisco Systems in June 2010.

Interview Details

Too many interviews, more than 12 to go to the final round. Very repetitive questions and procedures in all of them. Lengthy process that took more than 4 months to conclude. Highly respectful during the interviews, but long time consuming. When offer is done, a lot of pressure is exerted to join the company as soon as possible, with extreme urgency. This is a paradox taking into account the time the whole process took.

  • Silence. A sudden, unexpected silence just waiting for me to say something. Better to have something prepared to say when that happens and not improvise.   Answer Question
