Interviewed Sep 2011 (took a day)
Cisco was at my school's career fair and I signed up for interview the next day. I only had one 1:1 interview. During the interview, I was asked some behavioral questions and technical questions. The only technical question I remember is to check if given string is a palindrome. I received the decision pretty quickly.

Interviewed Feb 2011 (took a day)
Found them at a career fair and handed them my resume and applied online. Scheduled an on campus interview by email. Interview started about an hour late. Basically went over my resume, asked about what classes I'd taken, and asked 2 brain teasers, nothing technical at all. Took about 40 minutes.

Interviewed Nov 2009 (took 5 weeks)
basic resume questions. describe projects, nature of coursework, interest in Cisco, etc. Basic Java q's like access modifiers, inheritance, polymorphism, etc. interview was only 30 minutes, so there was only time for one tech. question. which was a classic-- how to reverse a linked list. Pretty chill and laid back.

Interviewed Nov 2007 (took 2 weeks)
The company took all the students interviewing for intern or full-time positions out to dinner the night before interviews started, the diner was meant as a casual meet the interviewer event. The next day I interviewed with an experienced engineer, he mainly asked me behavioral questions followed by a brain teaser and a probability question.

Interviewed Sep 2008 (took 3 weeks)
I first applied through the school website for the position and I was contacted 1 week after for an on-campus interview. It was only one 30-45 minute interview, where the interviewer asked me a lot of HR questions, and some technical questions. I prepared beforehand by studying algorithms, data structures like hash tables, trees, avl trees, and linked lists. After the interview, I was contacted 2 weeks later by email, where I needed to make an appointment to talk with the recruiter about furthuring the process. When I spoke with them on the phone, they offered me the job on the spot.

Negotiation Details
I did not really negotiate the pay because it is my first internship, and I didn't really know how to negotiate. If i was given the opportunitiy to negotiate again, I would try to get a higher salary.
