First round - one fit with recruiter, one brainteaser (option value of dice roll, 50 strings in a bowl type question)
Second round - onsite - 3 interviews with members of three groups. Some interviewers can be very technical, others less so.

How much would pay to play a game where you get paid for the number of pips that you roll on a fair dice, but can re-roll the first time.
