Interview Details – The First round is telephonic, its generally a technical round.
Second round is also telephonic and a much detailed one. Expect some tough questions in this round.
Third round is the managerial intervire followed by HR round.

I applied through other source and the process took a day - interviewed at Citagus in January 2008.

Interview Details – Three rounds of interviews: first with the practice head, second with the project manager and the functional lead (conference call) and third with the HR. The first interview was a brief overview of skills mentioned on the resume, background and experience check. The second interview was based on specific module expertise and at times I found that the Project Manager and the functional leads had very basic understanding of the delivered functionalities - they were more focused on "bolt-ons"...which was a little unnerving. Discussing the delivered functionality is taboo as they are quick to refute. HR interview was extremely basic - it was more of a one-way communication from the other side. More like marketing than an actual interview. Easy to crack the interview if you can avoid pointing out the obvious!
