I applied online and the process took 5 weeks - interviewed at Citi Commerce Solutions in June 2012.
Interview Details – Getting an in person interview was easy, fill out the app online, get an email to set up a phone interview through a third party who asks basic questions about your experience and skill set. In person interview was scheduled for a week later. Was told I would hear back either way (whether hired or passed on) within a week. Two weeks later, and a few phone calls to HR, finally heard that I would be offered a position, but took another week to get the official call to accept and be informed of wages/schedule/drug testing/fingerprinting. First day was scheduled for 3 more weeks after that! Be patient with this company, they move slow.
Interview Question – Give a specific time when you dealt with a customer, and the steps you took to provide service. Answer Question
Negotiation Details – No negotiation, offer $9.71 an hour, but full benefits start the day you do
I applied through an employee referral and the process took 2 days - interviewed at Citi Commerce Solutions in January 2010.
Interview Details – The phone interview was rather easy. Asked basic questions about me, my personality and education. It was simple for what I remember. I got an in-person interview offer on the phone and accepted. She gave a date within a week from that day and asked me to review information she would be sending. The in-person interview was way more in depth. She asked me what my favorite thing about my last job and the worst thing about my last job. They asked me if I ever had an experience with an irate customer and what I did to solve the problem. They asked main questions about my education. They asked about all my jobs in the past and to describe things I did with each and how long I was there. Also they asked if there was ever a policy in school or at work that I didn't agree with and what I did to deal with it.
Got an on the spot offer and my choice between two schedules. Chose one and was given a training shcedule which consisted of a 5 week training, Mon - Fri schedule from 1:30 pm - 10:00 pm. There was 4 weeks classroom training with lots of material to learn and take notes on. On the fourth week we had a job coach come in and take live calls to show how it should be done. The last week was actual on the phone calls and coaching.
Negotiation Details – Just be yourself. Rely on communication and computer skills as selling points for yourself. They expect typing skills, computer literacy to be high but not always necessary(some people in my training didn't know much about computers), negotiation skills, ability to work with several windows at a time, basic to advanced problem solving
