Interviewed Sep 2011 in Jacksonville, FL (took 2 weeks)
I was contacted by the recruiter to meet with 2 individuals at the Citi campus off of philips hwy. Very general interview. Tell us about yourself, what have you done, why do you want to join, and what experience do you have that meets our needs.Straightforward from what I can tell. I thought the interview went very well. I actually didn't hear from anyone 2 weeks after the interview and then proceeded to make regular weekly calls with the HR rep for a final review. It was nearly 1 month after the interview before I heard back from someone and it was due to the hiring manager's busy travel schedule.

Interviewed Jun 2011 in Jacksonville, FL (took 1+ week)
I applied online which also consisted of a personality test. I received an email the next day asking to call and set up an on-site interview. I received a confirmation email with directions and name of contact. When I arrived, I was told the original contact was busy so I had to interview with someone else. This person appeared to be unprepared. He was constantly flipping through a binder and asking general questions at random. I did have to read a few paragraphs from a card so he could hear how I would sound on the phone. I was also told I would be selling products and services as well as customer service. On a side note- I noticed rainbow banners hanging in the lobby to celebrate Gay Pride during the month of June.

Interviewed Nov 2009 in Jacksonville, FL (took 2 months)
The interview consisted mainly of the hiring manager describing the job in great detail. I then went over my work experience. There were a few situational questions, such as, how you would handle adversity and gaining a consensus from multiple people. I thought the interview went very well. Unfortunately, communication from HR was non-existent. I attempted to follow up with the HR recruiter but no calls were returned. Several months later, I received an email that thanked me for my time.
