Interview Details – I was first contacted by a recruiter about the job after having unsuccessfully applied to a number of other jobs at Citi. The recruiter set me up with an initial phone interview with the person who would become my immediate supervisor. That interview went really well, she was very clear about what they were expecting and I felt like we communicated great. A week later the recruiter calls me back and wants to set up a phone interview with another SVP in the department who will also need work from me. That interview went great as well, he communicated the job requirements to me and also had some great things to say about Citi. About a week after that I was contacted to come in for a face to face interview with the Managing Director of the department at the Citi headquarters in NYC. Again, the interview went amazingly well, we talked back and forth about my experience, education, and even views on corporate social responsibility. My perception of the people I talked to was that they really enjoyed working for Citi and felt that it was a place where I would be given substantial opportunity to grow professionally and academically throughout my career.

Interview Details – I applied to the internship via my school's career site and was contacted by a recruiter by phone about a month later for an interview (by this time I had forgotten what the position was that I applied for). Scheduled an interview for a week after the phone call. Went to the interview and met the project manager. She introduced me to her partner. The interview went pretty well. General questions about my past experiences, why I would be fit for the position, explanation of the position and its roles. E-mailed them a day after my interview and didn't get a response. Waited one week and left the project manager a message on the phone . Got a call 4 days later welcoming me to the team. The environment was very relaxed and the people who interviewed me were really funny and made me feel comfortable.
